3. Cancellation Policy

Cancellations within 14 days of the scheduled service may result in partial or no refund, depending on the booking agreement terms.

Company-Initiated Cancellations: We reserve the right to cancel bookings due to unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to vehicle malfunction, inclement weather, or force majeure events. In such cases, we will provide a full refund or offer an alternative service.

4. Service Usage and Passenger Conduct

To ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for everyone, all passengers are expected to adhere to the following conduct guidelines:

Prohibited Activities: Smoking, drug use, or carrying of illegal substances are strictly prohibited in our vehicles. Party Bus & Limos of OC reserves the right to terminate service immediately if any prohibited activities occur, with no refund provided.

Alcohol Consumption: Alcoholic beverages may be permitted for passengers over 21, as per state laws. The provision of alcohol and its usage within the vehicle must comply with all local and state regulations.

Behavioral Expectations: Passengers must behave respectfully towards the driver, vehicle, and other passengers. Any damage caused to the vehicle or its amenities due to negligence or misconduct may result in additional charges.

Seat Belt Usage: Passengers must wear seat belts as required by law and follow all other safety guidelines provided by the driver.

5. Liability

Customer Liability: The customer assumes responsibility for any damage to the vehicle, equipment, or interior caused by their actions or the actions of their guests. Any damages will result in additional charges to cover repairs, cleaning, or replacement.

Company Liability: Party Bus & Limos of OC is not liable for delays caused by factors beyond our control, such as traffic, weather conditions, or unforeseen road closures. We strive to provide timely service but cannot guarantee exact arrival or departure times in such cases.
